Conditions of service

IF YOU WANT TO REQUEST OUR CERTIFICATION SERVICES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO COVER THE FOLLOWING POINTS:

  • Review the information package.
  • Deliver legal and regulatory documents for registration as a client. If the documentation is not complete, you will not register as a client.
  • Enter services with documentation according to the official Mexican standard that applies to your product. If the documentation is not complete, it is not registered as a service.
  • For follow-up visits, only the corresponding travel expenses must be covered (including lodging if necessary) according to the days established in the visit plan.
  • If you request an URGENT SERVICE, it will depend on the rule that applies and the workload of the OCP.
  • In case of cancellation of the certification process, a charge will be made only if the process has one day left to be delivered.
  • NO CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY WILL BE DELIVERED IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE

WAY TO PAY

The payment policy is: All accepted services require 100% payment once the payment has been received. Payments must be made by deposit in the name of SERVICIOS DE ANALISIS TECNICOS, S.A. DE C.V. to account number 92233559 or bank transfer to Clabe No. 133 180 000 092 233 559, from BANCO ACTINVER.
