To achieve this we are committed to comply with our principles, and with the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, informing our management in case of identifying any risk in the process that breaks our principles, avoiding adverse activities to SEATSA-OCP that put in doubt the quality of our work and our services to customers, to regulatory authorities and/or to our own coworkers, without discriminatory acts, safeguarding the impartiality and confidentiality in our conformity assessment activities.
In the Product Certification Agency Servicios de Análisis Técnicos, S.A. de C.V.; hereinafter referred to as SEATSA-OCP. All our collaborators maintain a high commitment with impartiality. Therefore, each of their work is carried out in an ethical and transparent manner, in order to strengthen the activities of product certification in accordance with the provisions of its accreditation and approval. SEATSA-OCP maintains the strengthening of a competitive and strategic way, led and supervised by the general management, who ensures that each of the following
guidelines are met objectively based on their accreditation activities: All certification activities are conducted in an impartial manner, so that all personnel providing their services for SEATSA-OCP, should not hide any situation of familiarity or friendship that puts in uncertainty the objectivity of SEATSA-OCP. All internal, external personnel or committees of SEATSA-OCP that have influence on certification activities act with impartiality in carrying out their activities.
SEATSA-OCP personnel do not have any commercial relationship with internal, external personnel and senior management, avoiding a conflict of interest during their certification activities. Likewise, they cannot participate in any consultancy related to the activities carried out by SEATSA-OCP.
SEATSA-OCP declares to have the financial and operational stability to perform its certification operations in a professional manner. All SEATSA-OCP services are accessible to applicants whose activities are within the scope of SEATSA-OCP, and do not depend on any kind of favoritism. Therefore, each applicant is served equally.
Each SEATSA-OCP collaborator notifies any kind of commercial and financial pressure, which could influence the certification activities.
The Product Certification Agency Servicios de Análisis Técnicos S.A DE C.V. and its personnel are committed to offer its clients and the persons requesting its certification service, a fair and equitable treatment regardless of the size of the requesting organization, or its membership of any association or group, nor does it depend
on the number of certifications already issued. There will be no undue financial or other conditions.
